Refund Policy

Returns

EdgeWear offers returns on products for up to 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.

The following items are not returnable:

  • Customized products (e.g. custom jerseys)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

 

To complete your return, fill out the return slip from your package and include it when mailing your order back to us. If you did not receive a return slip please email shop@sjedge.ca and we will email one to you.

There may be certain situations where partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition, if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to seven business days from receipt for returns/exchanges to be processed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. All discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made if the product is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product for reasons other than these, a refund will be issued and you can purchase the product of your choosing at that time.

All customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
